摘　　要：熊大经教授临床善于从体质着手,以少阳为切入点,结合其对地龙、僵蚕药物的临床理解运用辨治过敏性鼻炎,其在过敏性鼻炎的治疗上形成了独特的辨治思路体系。其提倡的“疏利肝胆,佐以益气健脾、温阳祛风”之治疗原则,不仅对传统经典理论进行了临床拓展,亦同时为临床过敏性鼻炎的治疗提供了思路借鉴。Professor XIONG Dajing is good at treating allergic rhinitis with Shaoyang as the breakthrough point and combining with his clinical understanding of earthworm and medicinal silkworms.He has formed a unique thinking system of syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The treatment principle of“soothing liver and gallbladder,supplementing Qi and spleen,warming Yang and dispelling wind”has advocated by him not only has expanded the traditional classical theory,but also has provided ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis.
