桃红四物汤联合穴位灸法的康复护理干预对人工膝关节置换患者恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察桃红四物汤联合穴位灸法的康复护理干预对人工膝关节置换患者恢复的影响。方法:选取2019年2月~2021年2月在本院收治的100例人工膝关节置换患者为研究对象,分为两组(n=50),对照组给予常规康复护理干预,观察组在给予桃红四物汤联合穴位灸法干预,对两组患者治疗后静脉血各指标检测结果,生活质量评分,康复满意度,置换后疼痛指数NRS进行比较。结果:治疗后,观察组的D-二聚体,血小板计数,红细胞计数,白细胞计数指标与对照组存在显著差异(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗1周后VAS评分降低优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者康复满意度96%高于对照组80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疼痛指数NRS明显低于对照组,两组存在差异(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤联合穴位灸法的康复护理干预对人工膝关节置换患者恢复的影响效果显著,VAS评分明显下降,可降低患者疼痛,提高患者生活质量和康复满意度,在临床中值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion for the recovery of patients with artificial knee replacement.Methods:100 patients with knee replacement from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups(n=50).The controlled group was given routine rehabilitation nursing intervention.The observation group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion.The results of the indexes of blood static blood,quality of life and rehabilitation satisfaction were measured after treatment,comparison of NRs after replacement.Results:After treatment,the indexes of D-dimer,platelet count,erythrocyte count and leukocyte count in the observation group were significantly different from those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the controlled group after 1 week of treatment(P<0.05).The rehabilitation satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 96%higher than 80%in the controlled group(P<0.05).The pain index NRs in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with acupoint moxibustion for the recovery of patients with artificial knee arthroplasty is significant,the VAS score is significantly decreased,which can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life and rehabilitation satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
