摘 要:2020年4—10月,在河南省沿黄河水产养殖区池塘内采集体质量(1.15±0.53)kg黄河鲤(Cyrinus carpio)48尾和体质量(0.83±0.46)kg斑点叉尾(鱼回)(Ictalurus punctatus)71尾,从肝脏和肾脏处穿刺取样、LB培养基上划线培养,分离鉴定出气单胞菌(Aeromonas),检测34株气单胞菌对7种抗菌药物的敏感性,测定各药物对每株菌的最小抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC),并计算各药物的半数最小抑菌浓度MIC_(50)、90%最小抑菌浓度MIC_(90)以及细菌耐药率。结果共分离到维氏气单胞菌(A.veronii)、嗜水气单胞菌(A.hydrophila)、温和气单胞菌(A.sobria)等34株气单胞菌。结果显示:恩诺沙星、硫酸新霉素、甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考、盐酸多西环素的MIC_(50)较低,磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠、磺胺甲恶唑+甲氧苄啶的MIC_(50)较高,气单胞菌对硫酸新霉素和盐酸多西环素的耐药率最低,而对磺胺间甲氧嘧啶钠耐药率最高。本研究还统计了连续五年(2016—2020年)7种药物对气单胞MIC_(50)和MIC_(90)的变化以及细菌的耐药率,结果显示:恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、甲砜霉素的MIC_(50)较为稳定,硫酸新霉素和盐酸多西环素的MIC_(50)在2018年有明显升高,氟苯尼考的MIC_(90)呈上升趋势,甲砜霉素的MIC_(90)呈下降趋势,气单胞菌对各药物的耐药率都处于较高水平。Aeromonas spp.was isolated,and identified and drug sensitivity including minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of each strain to seven drugs,half minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC_(50)),and 90%minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC_(90))was tested in 48 samples of common carp(Cyrinus carpio)with body weight of(1.15±0.53)kg and 71 samples of channel catfish(Ictalurus punctatus)with body weight of(0.83±0.46)kg collected in aquaculture area along Yellow River basin in Henan province from April to October in 2020.It was found that a total of 34 isolates including Aeromonas veronii,A.hydrophilae,and A.sobria were obtained,with relatively low MIC_(50)in enrofloxacin,neomycin sulfate,thiamphenicol,florenicol,and doxycycline hyclate,and high MIC_(50)in sulfamonomethoxine,sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim.The neomycin sulfate and doxycycline hyclate had the minimal drug resistant rates,while sulfamonomethoxine had the maximal drug resistant rates.The comparison of change in MIC_(50),MIC_(90),and drug resistant rates from 2016 to 2020 indicated that the MIC_(50)of enrofloxacin,thiamphenicol,florenicol was stable,and that the MIC_(50)of neomycin sulfate and doxycycline hyclate was increased sharply in year 2018.The MIC_(90)of florenicol showed an upward tendency,while the MIC_(90)of thiamphenicol was declined,indicating that a large proportion of Aeromonas isolates were resistant to the antibacterial drugs tested.
