摘 要:在水温(26±1.5)℃下,将初始体质量为(32.77±0.06)g的彭泽鲫(Carassius auratus)随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复20尾,饲养在圆形养殖桶(¢800 mm×650 mm)中,投喂含18%、23%、28%、33%和38%玉米淀粉的碳水化合物的5种等氮等脂饲料8周,研究饲料碳水化合物水平对养成期彭泽鲫生长性能、抗氧化及血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:彭泽鲫的末体质量、增重率和特定生长率均随着饲料碳水化合物水平升高而先增加后降低,23%碳水化合物组的增重率和特定生长率最高,显著高于其余四组(P<0.05);随着饲料碳水化合物水平升高,饲料系数先下降后上升,23%碳水化合物组的饲料系数显著低于其余各组(P<0.05)。随着饲料碳水化合物水平的增加,血清溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性先升后降,23%组彭泽鲫溶菌酶活性显著高于33%和38%组(P<0.05),23%组超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于18%、28%和33%组(P<0.05)。随着饲料中碳水化合物水平的增加,肝脏超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力先稳定后下降,23%组显著高于33%和38%碳水化合物组(P<0.05),但与18%和28%组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本试验条件下,以特定生长率为评价指标,经双曲线模型拟合后得出,养成期彭泽鲫饲料中碳水化合物的适宜含量为23.11%。Pengze crucian carp Carassius auratus var.Pengze with initial body weight of(32.77±0.06)g were randomly divided into5 groups in a round culture bucket(¢800 mm×650 mm)and fed isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets containing 5 carbohydrate(prepared by corn starch)levels of 18%,23%,28%,33%and 38%with triplicate groups with 20 fish per replicate for 8 weeks to evaluate the effects dietary carbohydrate level on growth performance,antioxidation and serum biochemical indices of Pengze crucian carp.The results showed that the final weight,weight gain,and specific growth rate(SGR)were found to be increased firstly and then decreased with the increase in dietary carbohydrate level,significantly higher weight gain and specific growth rate in the fish fed the diet containing 23%carbohydrate than those in the other groups(P<0.05).It was found that the activities of serum lysozyme and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were increased firstly and then decreased with the increasing dietary carbohydrate level,significantly higher activity of lysozyme in 23%group than that in 33%and 38%groups(P<0.05),and significantly higher activity of SOD in 23%group than that in 18%,28%and 33%groups(P<0.05).The activity of SOD and total antioxidant capacity in liver were shown a trend of stable firstly and then decrease with the increase in dietary carbohydrate level,significantly higher in 23%group than 33%and38%groups(P<0.05),without significant difference in 18%and 28%groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,the optimal dietary requirement of grow-up Pengze crucian carp for carbohydrate is 23.11%in the present study using SGR as the evaluation index and hyperbolic model.
