光唇裂腹鱼幼鱼指环虫和斜管虫病并发症及两种治疗方法的效果比较

摘　　要：水温13~20℃下,将体长为3~5cm、鳃丝检出活体指环虫和斜管虫的光唇裂腹鱼Schizothorax lissolabiatus幼鱼放入装有10L水的充气水桶中,采用CuSO4和FeSO4·7H2O合剂(5∶2,简称CuFe合剂)和精致敌百虫粉杀灭,比较联合用药及先后用药两种方法的治疗效果。联合用药系指精致敌百虫的浓度分别为2g/m3、3g/m3、4g/m3、5g/m3和6g/m3,然后加入0.7g/m3CuFe合剂;先后用药系指剂量同下,但先使用敌百虫杀灭指环虫,再使用CuFe合剂杀灭斜管虫。设5个试验组和1个对照组。结果表明,联合用药物对两种寄生虫的杀灭作用显著,但是对鱼体的伤害较大;先后用药时,效果不如联合用药明显,但是对鱼体的伤害较小。若鱼体同时感染指环虫和斜管虫时,需酌情用药;若鱼体感染严重,建议联合用药;在感染初期,建议以上两种药物先后使用。Juvenile Schizothorax lissolabiatus with body length of 3~5 cm infected by dactylogyrus and chilodonella on gill filaments in vivo were placed in a bucket aerated and filled with 10 L of water and killed by 5∶2 of CuSO4 and FeSO4·7 H2 O mixture(CuFe mixture)and fine trichlorfon powder in simultaneous and sequential use of the drugs at water temperature of 13~20℃to compare therapeutic effects of simultaneous and sequential medication.In simultaneous medication,the trichlorfon was used at concentration of2 g/m3,3 g/m3,4 g/m3,5 g/m3 and 6 g/m3,respectively,and then 0.7 g/m3 CuFe mixture was added,while in the sequential medication the same dose of trichlorfon was first used to kill dactylogyrus worms,and then for several days CuFe mixture was applied to kill chilodonella worms.The effective inhibition of the two parasites was found in the simultaneous medication with CuSO4,FeSO4·7 H2 O(5∶2)and trichlorfon,with harmful for fish.The less harmful for fish was observed in the sequential medication.Drugs should be used appropriately when fish are infected with both trichlorfon and dactylogyrus worms at the same time;if fish is seriously infected,it is recommended to use both drugs simultaneously;in the early stage of infection,it is suggested that the above two drugs be used successively.
