红水河干流鱼类组成和分类多样性研究

摘　　要：以2009年和2018年红水河干流调查的鱼类组成编制的鱼类名录为依据,计算鱼类分类多样性指数和G-F多样性指数。2009年采集到86种鱼类,隶属于6目17科62属。2018年共有鱼类62种,隶属于6目14科49属。2009年和2018年红水河干流鱼类平均分类差异指数(Δ^+)分别为63.8和62.9;科多样性指数(F指数)为7.69,属多样性指数(G指数)为4.07,科属多样性指数(G-F指数)为0.47。2018年红水河干流鱼类科多样性指数(F指数)为6.21,属多样性指数(G指数)为3.70,科属多样性指数(G-F指数)为0.40。与2009年相比,2018年红水河干流鱼类G-F多样性指数呈下降趋势。Fish diversity including fish species composition and diversity in different taxonomic levels,and key indices including average taxonomic distinctness and genus-family diversity index were assessedin the main stream of Hongshui River based on the fishery investigation data in 2009 and 2018 by Nelson’s classification system.As a result,86 species were collected belonging to 6 orders,17 families and 62 genera in the main stream of Hongshui River in 2009,and 62 species were collected belonging to 6 orders,14 families and 49 genera in the same stream in 2018.The average taxonomic distinctness of the fish species in the main stream of Hongshui River was 63.8 in 2009 and 62.9 in 2018.The genus-family index(G-F index)in Hongshui River was 0.47,with the family index(F index)of 7.69,and the genus index(Gindex)of 4.07 in 2009.The genus-family indexof Hongshui River was 0.40,with the family index of 6.21,and the genus index of 3.70 in 2018,indicating that there was decrease in the genus-family index in Hongshui River from the year 2009 to 2018.
