摘  要:选取典型农作物废弃物花生壳制备了生物炭(PBC),并研究对邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)的吸附。结果表明,炭化温度为600℃时,对DMP的吸附效果最好。当PBC的投加量为2 g/L、初始DMP的质量浓度为200 mg/L,吸附时间24 h基本可以达到吸附平衡,吸附量为83.04 mg/g,DMP去除率达83.04%。PBC对DMP的吸附动力学符合准2级动力学模型,吸附过程是由化学吸附主要控制;颗粒内扩散模型表明吸附过程由表面吸附、液膜扩散多种因素控制。红外光谱证明PBC含有类似石墨的片状结构,可以与DMP分子的苯环结构发生π-π电子受体-供体反应。Peanut bio-char(PBC)was prepared from peanut shells,a typical crop waste,and the adsorption of dimethyl phthalate(DMP)was studied.The results showed that when the carbonization temperature was 600℃,the adsorption effect on DMP was the best.When the dosage of PBC was 2 g/L,the initial mass concentration of DMP was 200 mg/L,the adsorption equilibrium could be basically reached within 24 h,the adsorption amount was 83.04 mg/g,and the DMP removal rate reached 83.04%.The adsorption kinetics of PBC for DMP conformed to a quasi-two-level kinetic model,and the adsorption process was mainly controlled by chemical adsorption;the intra-particle diffusion model showed that the adsorption process was controlled by multiple factors,including surface adsorption and liquid film diffusion.Infrared spectroscopy proved that PBC contained a graphite-like lamellar structure that can undergo aπ-πelectron acceptor-donor reaction with the benzene ring structure of DMP molecules.
