摘 要:借助具有良好成膜性能和吸附性能的季铵化壳聚糖(QCS)为成膜基质,掺杂N-TiO2光催化剂,制备N-TiO2/QCS有机-无机杂化膜,分别考察不同初始含量甲基橙、不同N-TiO2掺杂量对MO的吸附与光催化降解双效处理性能。结果表明,甲基橙初始质量浓度为10 mg/L,N-TiO2/QCS杂化膜的用量为1.0 g/L时,杂化膜的吸附与光催化降解性能为佳,此时甲基橙吸附率为25%、光催化降解率为66.75%,总去除率为91.75%。而且,N-TiO2/QCS杂化膜重复使用5次后,其吸附与光催化性能仍能保持在80%以上。N-TiO2/QCS organic/inorganic hybrid membranes were prepared by using quaternized chitosan(QCS)with good film-forming properties and adsorption properties as film-forming substrates and doped with N-TiO2 photocatalyst.Double-effect treatment performance of adsorption and photocatalytic degradation of MO with different initial content of methyl orange(MO)and different N-Ti O2 doping amount were investigated.The results showed that,when the initial mass concentration of methyl orange was 10 mg/L,and the adsorption of N-TiO2/QCS hybrid film was 1.0 g/L,the adsorption and photocatalytic degradation performance of hybrid membrane was the best.At this time,the methyl orange adsorption rate was 25%,the photocatalytic degradation rate was 66.75%,and the total removal rate was 91.75%.Moreover,after repeated use of the N-TiO2/QCS hybrid membrane for 5 times,the adsorption and photocatalytic properties could still be maintained at 80%or more.
