摘 要:为实现苯酚废水中锌离子的资源化高效利用,以药厂实际苯酚废水为原料,福美钠(DTC)作络合剂,利用有机络合沉淀法回收锌离子并合成锌DTC沉淀物。借助傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁(1H-NMR)、热重分析(TG-DTA)等对锌DTC沉淀物进行表征及分析,并对其熔点进行测试;考察了DTC的用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对锌离子回收率的影响。结果表明:在30℃,不调pH条件下,苯酚废水中Zn2+与DTC摩尔比为1:2.26,反应20 min时,锌离子的回收率达到98.81%,且得到纯度良好的福美锌沉淀物。综合投料成本等考虑,中试实验300 L的废水中,调整Zn2+与DTC摩尔比为1:2.17,福美锌收率为73.16%~75.67%。该方法操作简单,成本低,可用于苯酚废水中高浓度锌离子回收。In order to realize the efficient utilization of zinc ion in phenol wastewater,the organic complex precipitation method was used to recover zinc ions and synthesize zinc DTC precipitate from the actual phenol wastewater of pharmaceutical factory with DTC as complexing agent.The zinc DTC precipitates were characterized and analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),nuclear magnetic(1 H-NMR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TG-DTA),and their melting points were tested.The effects of DTC dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the recovery of zinc ions were investigated.The results showed that the molar ratio of zinc ions to DTC in phenol wastewater was 1:2.26 at 30℃and without adjusting PH,the recovery rate of zinc ions reached 98.81%after 20 minutes of reaction,and a good purity of ziram precipitate was obtained.Considering the comprehensive feeding cost,the molar ratio of Zn2+to DTC was adjusted to 1:2.17 and the yield of ziram was 73.16%~75.67%.The method is simple in operation and low in cost,and can be used for recovery of high concentration zinc ions in phenol wastewater.
