孟鲁司特钠联合吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析孟鲁司特钠联合吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床价值。方法选取我院儿童呼吸科2016年4月至2018年8月收治的154例咳嗽变异性哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各77例。对照组患儿予以布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上给予口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗。观察两组患儿治疗前后肺功能指标变化;比较两组患者治疗时的症状缓解率。结果治疗前两组患儿肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、PEF比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿肺功能指标FEV1、FVC、PEF明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗时的症状缓解率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合吸入治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎起效快,临床疗效明显,能显著减轻患儿咳嗽症状和鼻部症状,提高运动耐力,改善肺功能,值得临床推广使用。Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical value of montelukast sodium combined with inhalation therapy in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 154 children with cough variant asthma complicated with allergic rhinitis who were treated from April 2016 to August 2018 in pediatric respiratory department of our hospital,were selected and divided into observation group and control group,77 cases in each groups.The patients in the control group were treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide and the observation group were supplemented montelukast sodium tablets.The changes in indexes of lung function before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The symptom relief rate in the two groups was compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in indexes of lung function,FEV1、FVC and PEF(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lung function,FEVl、FVC and PEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The symptomatic remission rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group during treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The montelukast sodium combined with inhalation therapy in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma and allergic rhinitis can take effect quickly,clinical efficacy is considerable,and it is worthy of promotion and using.
