坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征伴负面情绪患者性激素分泌和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨坤泰胶囊对围绝经期综合征伴负面情绪患者性激素分泌和心理状态的影响。方法选取本院2017年10月至2018年12月间诊治的154例围绝经期综合征伴负面情绪患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分成对照组和观察组,每组各77例。对照组患者采用雌激素治疗,观察组患者采用雌激素联合坤泰胶囊治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后性激素分泌水平和心理状态评分变化及药物副反应发生情况。结果治疗后观察组患者血清FSH、LH下降幅度大于对照组,E2升高幅度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者药物副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊能改善围绝经期综合征患者性激素水平,且有利于缓解患者心理负面情绪。Objective This study aimed to analyze the effect of Kuntai Capsule on hormone secretion and mental health in perimenopausal syndrome patients with negative emotions.Methods A total of 154 perimenopausal syndrome patients with negative emotions was diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2017 to December2018.According to the treatment method,the patients were divided into control group(estrogen therapy)and observation group(Kuntai capsule treatment),77 cases in each group.The levels of sex hormone secretion and mental state scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Drug side effects were also compared between groups.Results After treatment,The serum FSH,LH,HAMA levels and HAMD score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while E2 level was higher than that that of the control group(P<0.01).During the treatment period,there was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Kuntai capsule can not only improve the level of sex hormones in perimenopausal syndrome patients,but also help to alleviate negative emotions.
