载人航天器用GD414硅橡胶气体释放规律研究

摘  要:为更好地控制载人航天器中丙酮、六甲基环三硅氧烷(D3)和八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)的有害气体水平,指导载人航天器研制中微量有害气体控制,文章通过对GD414-稀硅橡胶在不同固化时间、温度和压力条件下的丙酮、D3和D4气体释放规律进行了研究。结果显示随着GD414硅橡胶固化时间延长,丙酮、D3和D4的释放量显著下降,50℃高温72小时和5kPa低压72小时可显著加速丙酮、D3和D4的释放。文章最后为载人航天器针对GD414硅橡胶的脱气提供了提出了一些建议。In order to better control the harmful gases of acetone,hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane(D3)and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxanes(D4)in manned spacecraft.In the article,the acetone,D3 and D4 release of GD414-dilute silicone rubber with different curing time,temperature and pressure were studied.The results showed that with the increase of curing time of GD414-dilute silicone rubber,the realese of the acetone,D3 and D4 were significantly decreased,and the the realese of the acetone,D3 and D4 could be accelerated by 72h at 50℃and 72h under 5kPa.Finally,some suggestions were provided for the degassing of GD414 silicone rubber in the manned spacecraft.
