角调音乐联合耳穴贴压法治疗原发性肝癌患者睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究角调音乐联合耳穴贴压法治疗原发性肝癌伴睡眠障碍患者的疗效。方法选择南京医科大学第一附属医院2021年5月至2022年6月收治的80例原发性肝癌伴睡眠障碍患者为研究对象,以随机表数字法分为对照组和观察组,各40例;对照组在常规护理基础上采取耳穴贴压法进行干预,观察组在常规护理基础上采取角调音乐联合耳穴贴压法进行干预,比较两组患者干预前和干预后不同时段的焦虑心理症状、抑郁心理症状及睡眠质量三方面的变化。结果干预7 d后、14 d后、21 d后、28 d后观察组焦虑心理症状评分(SAS)、抑郁心理症状评分(SDS)、睡眠质量评分(PSQI)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论角调音乐联合耳穴贴压法可改善原发性肝癌伴睡眠障碍患者心理及睡眠等,能够有效减轻患者干预期间焦虑及郁抑症状,使其保持良好心理配合临床干预工作的展开,保障治疗效果。Objective:To explore the curative effect of Angle tune music combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of primary liver cancer patients with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 80 patients with primary liver cancer with sleep disorders admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2021 to June 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random table number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was interfered with auricular point sticking on the basis of routine nursing,and the observation group was interfered with Angle tune music combined with auricular point sticking on the basis of routine nursing.The changes of anxiety symptoms,depression symptoms and sleep quality were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:The anxiety symptom score(SAS),depressive symptom score(SDS)and sleep quality score(PSQI)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 7,14,21 and 28 days of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Angle tune music and auricular point pressing can improve the psychology and sleep of patients with primary liver cancer accompanied by sleep disorders,and can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression symptoms of patients during the intervention,so that they can maintain a good psychological cooperation with the clinical intervention work,and ensure the treatment effect.
