摘　　要：目的:探讨基于微信和词云的股静脉透析患者血栓相关知识需求。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年9月于我院收治的股静脉透析患者112例作为研究对象。基于微信平台采用自制调查问卷对股静脉透析患者从疾病管理、血栓管理、管道管理、健康促进、护理技术支持五个方面展开调查,应用Python软件对调查内容进行数据爬取、文本分词、绘制词云等处理。结果:共发放112份问卷,获得有效问卷106份(有效回收率94.64%)。疾病管理中,提供合理运动指导需求占比最高为66.04%;管道管理中提供股静脉置管管道的观察方法、管道维护方法、留置期间注意事项需求分别为83.96%、70.75%、71.70%;血栓管理中提供血栓发生的相关危险因素、提供血栓的预防措施需求占比最高,分别为86.79%、83.02%;健康促进中开展疾病相关健康教育讲座需求占比最高为52.83%;护理技术支持中提供居家服务需求占比最高为45.28%;采用Python软件对微信群聊信息数据进行爬取、文本分词、绘制词云等处理,采集的信息主要关键词为:血栓预防、管道维护、管道通畅、管道堵塞、运动、睡眠体位、血压控制、肢体活动范围。结论:股静脉透析患者血栓相关知识护理需求较高,其中血栓管理中的提供血栓发生的相关危险因素需求最高,微信平台下词云分析能较好展示股静脉透析患者护理需求。Objective:To explore the knowledge needs of thrombosis in femoral vein dialysis patients based on We-Chat and Word Cloud.Methods:112 patients with femoral vein dialysis treated in our hospital from April 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research object.Based on wechat platform,self-made questionnaire was used to investigate thrombus related knowledge needs of femoral vein dialysis patients from five aspects:disease management,thrombosis management,pipeline management,health promotion,and nursing technical support.Python software was applied to process the survey contents,such as data climbing,text word segmentation,and word cloud rendering.Results:A total of 112 questionnaires were sent out,and 106 valid questionnaires were obtained(effective recovery rate 94.64%).The demand for providing reasonable exercise guidance accounted for 66.04%at the highest in disease management.The requirements of observation method,pipeline maintenance method and matters needing attention during indwelling of femoral vein catheter in pipeline management are 83.96%,70.75%and 71.70%respectively;In the management of thrombosis,the demand for providing related risk factors and preventive measures of thrombosis is the highest,accounting for 86.79%and 83.02%respectively.The demand for lectures on disease-related health education in health promotion accounted for the highest proportion of 52.83%;In nursing technical support,the demand for providing home service accounted for 45.28%of the total.Python software is used to crawl the WeChat group chat information data,divide the text into words,draw word clouds,etc.The main keywords of the collected information are:thrombosis prevention,pipeline maintenance,pipeline patency,pipeline blockage,exercise,sleeping position,blood pressure control,and limb activity range.Conclusion:Patients with femoral vein dialysis have a high demand for nursing knowledge related to thrombosis,among which the risk factors related to thrombosis occurrence are in the highest demand in thrombosis management.
