摘  要:随着经济发展,全球缺血性脑卒中发病概率升高,其主要病理基础是动脉粥样硬化。在临床医学检测中,医学超声成像广泛应用颈动脉粥样硬化的诊断。然而传统超声成像为二维断面成像,缺乏直观性。本论文基于串口通信实现的滑台系统、采集卡实现的视频采集以及基于GPU三维纹理的体绘制的三维重建,基于医用超声机成像,通过单片机驱动步进电机,进而控制滑台-探头机械系统,利用采集卡采集实时成像视频,同时利用串口通讯将电机启停信号传输到计算机软件平台实现整体同步性。通过解析视频获得一组间断的具有空间相关性的图片,利用纹理绘制实现三维重构。通过搭建颈动脉三维超声成像机器,经过大量的实验检测,验证了方法的可行性和正确性。With the development of economy,the incidence of ischemic stroke is increasing.The main pathological basis of ischemic stroke is atherosclerosis.Ultrasonic imaging is widely used in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis worldwide.However,traditional ultrasonic image belongs to 2-D cross-sectional image,which lacks intuition.This paper works on a slipway system based on serial communication,a video acquisition system realized by video capture card and GPU-based 3-D reconstruction through volume rendering of 3-D texture mapping.The motor,driven by single-chip-computer,is used to control slipway-probe mechanical system.The capture card collects a real-time changing video of the ultrasonic machine as the start-stop signals is transmitted to the computer software through the serial port communication to achieve overall synchronization.A set of intermittent and spatially correlated pictures,which is extracted frame by frame frome the captured video,is used for the reconstruction by volume rendering based on texture mapping.Through establishing a 3-D ultrasonic imaging machine for carotid artery,the feasibility of the system is verified with a large number of experimental tests.
