摘  要:目的:设计了一款基于智能手机的多通道电化学检测装置,能够极大地简化操作步骤、提高检测效率,满足多种场景下的即时检测需求。方法:开发出多通道电路,各通道均可独立运行、实现多种电化学测试方法;设计出两级放大电路,电流检测灵敏度提高至10-8A;同时在智能手机APP上实现了各通道检测量程自调节功能。结果:实验表明,多通道电化学检测装置能够准确地进行电化学方法的检测,装置的变异系数小于1.9765%(n=3),证明该装置具有较好的可重复性和稳定性;通道之间的检测差异小于0.745%(n=3),证明该装置的通道间一致性高。装置和电化学工作站的检测差异小于1.671%(n=3),证明该装置的可靠性好。结论:该装置在进行电化学检测时具有较高的灵敏度和准确性,具有极大的应用价值。Objective:A smartphone-based multi-channel electrochemical device was designed,which can greatly simplify the operation steps,improve the testing efficiency,and meet the demand for point-of-care testing in various scenarios.Methods:The multi-channel circuit was developed,and its each channel can be operated independently and realize multiple electrochemical methods;the two-stage amplifier circuit was designed,and the current detection sensitivity was improved to 10-8 A;meanwhile,the automatic adjustment of the detection range of each channel was realized on the smartphone APP.Results:The experiments show that the multi-channel electrochemical device can accurately perform the electrochemical methods,and the coefficient of variation of the device is less than 1.9765%(n=3),which proves that the device has good repeatability and stability;the detection variation between channels is less than 0.745%(n=3),which proves that the device has high inter-channel consistency.The detection variation between the device and the electrochemical workstation was less than 1.671%(n=3),which proved the good reliability of the device.
