中医药在治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病中的研究进展

摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)是肝脏脂肪堆积、氧化,引发肝功能损伤继而引起的代谢功能障碍性疾病。目前还没有一个全面成熟的理论体系解释NAFLD的发病机制,但是研究发现有多种因素会诱发NAFLD。中医药对治疗肝疾病的研究历史久远,并拥有一套完整的治疗体系。部分传统中草药清热利湿,在治疗NAFLD方面取得了卓越的研究成果。本文通过研究中医药对NAFLD治疗作用,总结了对NAFLD进程起有效治疗效果的中药复方及其有效成分,深入挖掘其临床研究进展并进行总结,发现了对NAFLD具有预防、治疗作用的中药单方与复方。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a metabolic dysfunctional disease caused by the accumulation and oxidation of fat in the liver,which leads to liver damage.There is no fully developed theoretical system to explain the pathogenesis of NAFLD,but a variety of factors have been found to trigger NAFLD.Chinese medicine has a long history of research into the treatment of liver diseases and has a complete treatment system.Some traditional Chinese herbal medicines have cleared heat and dampness and have achieved excellent research results in the treatment of NAFLD.In this paper,we have studied the therapeutic effects of Chinese medicine on NAFLD,summarized the Chinese herbal compound formulas and their active ingredients that have effective therapeutic effects on the process of NAFLD,explored the progress of their clinical research and summarized them,and discovered the Chinese herbal single and compound formulas that have preventive and therapeutic effects on NAFLD.
