个性化护理在急诊中毒患者洗胃过程中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理在急诊中毒患者洗胃过程中的应用价值。方法选取急诊中毒患者60例为对象,分为参照组30例、研究组30例,参照组应用常规护理,研究组应用个性化护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组治疗有效率高于参照组,P<0.05。研究组护理后洗胃时间、洗胃液残留量、症状缓解时间低于参照组,P<0.05。研究组患者不良反应发生率低于参照组,P<0.05,统计学意义存在。结论急诊中毒患者在洗胃过程中采用个性化护理,提高缩短治疗时间,缓解临床症状,减少不良反应发生率,提高治疗有效率,护理效果显著。Objective To explore the application value of personalized nursing in gastric lavage of emergency poisoning patients.Methods 60 cases of emergency poisoning patients were selected as objects,which were divided into the reference group(30 cases)and the research group(30 cases).The reference group received routine nursing,and the research group received personalized nursing,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,P<0.05.After nursing,gastric lavage time,gastric fluid residue and symptom relief time in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,P<0.05,indicating statistical significance.Conclusion Personalized nursing can shorten the treatment time,alleviate the clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the effective rate of treatment and improve the nursing effect.
