急性广泛前壁心梗并发心源性休克行IABP护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究急性广泛前壁心梗并发心源性休克行IABP护理效果。方法:以急性广泛前壁心梗并发心源性休克患者进行研究,采用IABP辅助治疗,共50例,分为两组,即参照组(25例,常规护理)、研究组(25例,全面护理),对比护理效果。结果:研究组护理后心率、收缩压、舒张压、尿量、血氧饱和度均优于参照组,P<0.05。结论:急性广泛前壁心梗并发心源性休克患者在IABP辅助治疗中采用全面护理,具有显著护理效果。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of IABP in acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock.Methods:A total of 50 patients with acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock were studied.They were divided into two groups:the reference group(25 cases,conventional nursing)and the study group(25 cases,comprehensive nursing),and the nursing effects were compared.Results:The heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,urine volume and blood oxygen saturation of the study group were better than those of the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Patients with acute extensive anterior myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock received comprehensive nursing in IABP adjuvant therapy,which has significant nursing effect.
