摘 要:目的:优化纯化香紫苏浸膏中的香紫苏醇的工艺参数。方法:用正己烷萃取出香紫苏浸膏中的香紫苏醇,采用皂化法去除其中脂类,通过单因素实验筛选出纯化香紫苏醇的最佳工艺。结果:皂化法纯化香紫苏浸膏中香紫苏醇最佳工艺条件为:香紫苏醇浸膏和正己烷的料液比为1:6 g/mL,皂化反应温度为80℃,皂化反应时间为2 h,得到香紫苏醇回收率为87.55%,RSD为1.48%。结论:经过实验优化,得到了纯化香紫苏浸膏中香紫苏醇的最佳工艺条件,回收率高,过程中的溶剂均可回收循环使用。Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Sclareol.Methods:Saponification reaction was used to extract Sclareol from Salvia sclarea L.concret,and the optimal extraction process was obtained by single factor experiment.Results:The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid of the concret and hexane was 1:6 g/mL,the saponification reaction temperature was 80℃and the saponification reaction time was 2 h.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of the Sclareol was 87.55%,and RSD was 1.48%.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process of Sclareol from Salvia sclarea L.concret was obtained through experiments.All the solvents in the extraction process of Sclareol could be recycled,and the extraction rate of Sclareol was higher,which provided theoretical and practical basis for the development and utilization of Sclareol.
