摘　　要：微波消融是临床常用的肿瘤微创疗法,常用于肝癌、肺癌和肾癌等多种实体肿瘤治疗。目前的微波消融疗法存在消融中心区域温度快速升高造成组织碳化的问题。针对以上问题,本文基于生物电阻抗技术,利用电阻抗测量模拟前端芯片AD5940设计了一套应用于微波消融的生物电阻抗测量系统。系统测量消融过程中组织中心区域的电阻抗并根据电阻抗调节微波源的输出功率。实验结果表明,本文设计的生物电阻抗测量系统可以准确测量生物电阻抗。在微波消融过程中,消融区域电阻抗先下降后上升。在电阻抗上升至碳化区间时切断微波输出,电阻抗下降直至保持稳定时恢复微波输出可以有效抑制组织碳化。Microwave ablation is a minimally invasive therapy commonly used in clinic.It is often used in the treatment of liver cancer,lung cancer,kidney cancer and other solid tumors.The current microwave ablation therapy has the problem of tissue carbonization caused by the rapid rise of the temperature in the ablation center.To solve the above problems,based on bioimpedance technology and using impedance measurement analog front-end chip AD5940,a bioimpedance measurement system for microwave ablation is designed in this paper.The system measures impedance in the central area of tissue during ablation,and adjusts the output power of microwave source according to the impedance.The experimental results show that the system designed in this paper can accurately measure the bioimpedance.In the process of microwave ablation,the impedance of ablation area decreased first and then increased.Cutting off the microwave output when the impedance rises to the carbonization range,and resuming the microwave output when the impedance decreases until the impedance is stable can effectively inhibit tissue carbonization.
