摘　　要：针对传统中医积累的海量数据,以及无法实现快速诊断的问题,结合Node2vec算法和网络嵌入模型,提出一种中医信息疾病诊断模型。首先,研究通过收集整理某中医诊断数据,构建标准数据集,并对数据进行了预处理;其次,完成了以ACC、ROC和F1值为评价指标的模型评估方法。最后,通过在二型糖尿病和肝硬化数据集上进行模型仿真,验证了该模型性能。结果表明,基于网络嵌入的中医信息疾病诊断模型,能够满足实际中医馆健康信息系统研究,具有一定是实用价值。Aiming at the massive data accumulated by traditional Chinese medicine and the problem of unable to realize rapid diagnosis,combined with node2vec algorithm and network embedding model,a TCM information disease diagnosis model is proposed.Firstly,by collecting and sorting out the diagnostic data of a traditional Chinese medicine,the standard data set is constructed,and the data is preprocessed;Secondly,the model evaluation method with ACC,ROC and F1 values as evaluation indexes is completed.Finally,the model is validated by model simulation on the dataset of type two diabetes and cirrhosis.The results show that the TCM information disease diagnosis model based on network embedding can meet the actual research on the health information system of TCM Museum,and has certain practical value.
