摘 要:射频接收线圈是决定磁共振成像质量的关键部件。目前,临床磁共振成像系统的射频接收线圈主要是采用固定形状或半柔性结构,线圈尺寸适用于几乎全部的病人。然而,由于不同人体形之间的差异较大,在颈部、关节、乳腺、腹部、婴儿等成像中,射频接收线圈离成像部位较远,导致图像信噪比较低,进而影响图像质量和临床诊断。因此,提高图像信噪比一直是磁共振成像前沿技术发展的方向。近年来,超柔射频线圈由于能够很好地贴合成像部位,从而提高图像信噪比,在颈部、关节、乳腺、腹部、婴儿等成像应用中展示了巨大的潜力。本文主要总结了超柔射频线圈相关的研究与应用,并讨论了超柔射频线圈的关键技术挑战与未来发展趋势。The radiofrequency receiver coil is a key component that determines the image quality of magnetic resonance imaging.At present,the RF coils of clinical MRI systems are mainly fixed shape or semi-flexible,and the coil sizes are suitable for almost all patients.However,due to the large differences between different people’s body shapes,the RF receiver coils are far away from the imaging site in the neck,joint,breast,abdomen and infant imaging.This would result in low image signal-to-noise ratio,which affects the image quality and clinical diagnosis.Therefore,improving the image SNR has been always the development direction of the advance MRI technologies.In recent years,due to the ability to fit well into the imaging sites,ultra-flexible RF coils can improve the image SNR and have demonstrated great potential in the applications,such as neck,joint,breast,abdomen,and infant imaging.This paper summarizes the research and applications,and discusses the key technical challenges and future development trends of the ultra-flexible RF coils.
