超声CT设备成像质量保证用体模研究

摘　　要：超声CT成像技术以其特有的层面成像、高分辨力、多种成像模式灵活组合等优点,在乳腺疾病的早期筛查和诊断方面呈现显著优势,具有广泛的应用前景,受到越来越多的关注和重视。医疗器械新产品需要对其性能特性和安全特性进行检验,合格后方可进入临床试验阶段,且这类质量保证检测将伴随其终生。超声CT成像设备成像方式、信息采集、数据处理、显示方式等多个方面的特殊性,决定了所用体模必须另行设计和制作。迄今为止,国内外研究机构及企业的超声CT成像仪器大都处于研制或临床验证阶段,而作为质量保证用的体模的研究尚处于空白。针对超声CT技术成像原理和设备特点,我们研制开发了基于脉冲回波成像模式的空间分辨力体模、径向-周向几何误差和周向均匀性体模、切片厚度体模、三维体模,基于透射成像模式的声速靶标体模、衰减靶标体模等,以期为超声CT影像设备的研制及产品质量保证提供体模支持。Ultrasound CT imaging technology has significant advantages in the early examination and diagnosis of breast diseases due to its unique tomography,high resolution,flexible combination of various imaging modes.Its widely application prospects get more and more attention recently.New medical diagnosis products need to be tested for their performance and safety characteristics.Only after passing the test can they enter the clinical trial stage,and such quality assurance tests will last for life.The particularity of the imaging method,information acquisition,data processing,display format and other aspects of the ultrasound CT imaging equipment determines the particularity of the performance test method,i.e.the ultrasound phantom.So far,most of the ultrasound CT imaging equipment of domestic and foreign research institutions and companies are in the development or clinical validation stage,and there is no system research on its quality assurance phantoms.According to the imaging principle and equipment characteristics of ultrasonic CT technology,we have developed axial-lateral resolution phantoms,radial-circumferential geometric error and circumferential uniformity phantoms,slice thickness phantoms and 3D phantom based on pulse-echo imaging mode.Based on the transmission imaging mode,we developed the sound velocity phantom and attenuation target phantom.This work provides phantom and test method support for the development of ultrasound CT imaging technique and the product quality test and assurance.
