摘　　要：为了有效解决主运输胶带输送机现场使用存在压电式撕裂保护不能全带宽的保护胶带的问题,提出将压电式防纵撕保护改造成自制的翻板式防撕裂保护的方式。通过现场的实际应用证明,改造后的翻板式防纵撕保护可以全宽度的保护胶带,解决了带边撕裂或沿线撒煤时保护装置无动作的现象,提高了胶带机防纵撕保护装置的灵敏度、可靠性及安全性。To effectively solve the problem that the piezoelectric tear protector fails to protect belts in full bandwidth during the site use of the main belt conveyor,it is proposed to transform the piezoelectric antilongitudinal-tear protector into a self-made flap-type anti-tear protector.The on-site practical application has demonstrated that it can protect the belts in full bandwidth,thus solving the problem that the protector is not activated when the belt edge is tore or coal is falling out along the line,and improving the sensitivity,reliability and safety of the anti-longitudinal-tear protector of the belt conveyor.
