摘　　要：职业生涯规划是大学生在校期间都需要面对的一个重要人生课题,各年级学生关注和咨询的问题不尽相同。本文总结了处于不同年级的大学生面临的5类职业生涯困惑,呈现不同年级的学生需求和特点,并通过真实咨询案例的剖析,对不同类型的常见问题及辅导思路进行分析和梳理,为高校的职业生涯辅导实践工作提供指导思路和方法。Career planning is an important life topic that college students need to face during their college life.Students of all grades concern and consult different problems.This paper summarizes five types of career puzzles faced by college students in different grades,reflecting the needs and characteristics of students in different grades,analyzing and sorting out common problems and counseling strategies.Through the analysis of real cases,the paper provides guidance ideas and methods for career counseling practice in colleges and universities.
