摘　　要：21世纪的工作与职业模式发生着翻天覆地的变化,个人的生涯发展模式也由从一而终转变为灵活多变。作为生涯教育中非常重要的组成部分,职业探索教育也因此受到了挑战。本文以后现代生涯发展理论所倡导的生涯适应力及其内涵为核心,探索新时代职业探索教育新举措。In the 21 st century,great changes have taken place in the mode of work and career,and the mode of personal career development has also changed from being single-minded to flexible and changeable.As a very important part of career education,vocational exploration education has also been challenged.In this paper,the postmodern career development theory advocates career adaptability and its connotation as the core to explore new measures of vocational exploration education in the new era.
