摘　　要：上海财经大学2018届共有4153名毕业生。截至2018年12月底,全校签约率为88.35%,就业率为95.91%;其中3031人到用人单位工作,占全校毕业生总数的72.98%;就业行业方面,金融行业居于首位,会计师事务所位列第二、房地产位居第三,进入前五大行业就业的毕业生达到47.01%;岗位方面,前六大就业岗位的毕业生人数达到用人单位就业总人数的56.04%;共有284人进入《财富》杂志评选出的本年度"全球500强"企业工作;薪酬方面,毕业生签约的平均税前月薪为8565元;在不到用人单位就业的毕业生中,共有953人通过各种方式继续升学深造,占本年度毕业生总数的22.94%。Shanghai University of Finance and Economics had a total of 4,153 graduates in 2018.By the end of December 2018,the signing rate of the whole university was 88.35%,and the employment rate was 95.91%.Among them,3,031 graduates worked for employers,accounting for 72.98%of the total number of graduates.In terms of employment industry,the financial industry ranked first,accounting firms ranked second,and the real estate ranked third,while the total of the top five employment industries reached 47.01%.In terms of positions,the total number of graduates in the top six employment positions reached 56.04%of the total number of graduates employed by employers.A total of 284 graduates entered the"Global 500"companies selected by Fortune magazine this year.In terms of the salary,the average pre-tax salary of graduates was 8,565 yuan.Among the unemployed graduates,a total of 953 graduates continued their studies by various means,accounting for 22.94%of the total number graduates this year.
