摘　　要：就业工作是学校人才培养的重要环节,就业质量是对学校人才培养质量的重要检验。本文从东华大学毕业生就业工作概况、毕业生基本情况、毕业生就业总体情况及分析3个方面对2018届毕业生就业质量进行梳理和总结,客观反映东华大学的人才培养情况。Employment work is an important part of university talent cultivation,and the quality of employment is an important test of the quality of university talent cultivation.This article summarizes the employment quality of Donghua University’s graduates in 2018 from three aspects:the general situation of graduates’employment,the basic situation of graduates,the overall situation and analysis of graduates’employment,so as to objectively reflect the talent cultivation of Donghua University.
