摘 要:文章对比了半结晶乙丙共聚物(OCP)、无定形OCP和氢化苯乙烯-双烯共聚物(HSD)3种黏度指数改进剂的结构、物性数据及其在XW-40黏度级别润滑油中的性能表现,在此基础上,分别对加入3种不同黏度指数改进剂的油品在CNG/汽油双燃料出租车车队上进行了20000 km的行车试验。结果表明,加入3种黏度指数改进剂的试验油均未达到换油指标要求。其中,含HSD的试验油低温泵送黏度保持性更好;含半结晶OCP的试验油低温泵送黏度增长趋势明显;含无定形OCP的试验油出现了屈服应力,在寒冷地区长周期使用时可能会出现泵送失败的问题。In this paper,the structural and physical property data of three kinds of viscosity index improvers,such as semi-crystalline olefin copolymer(OCP),amorphous OCP and hydrogenated styrene-diene copolymer(HSD),as well as their property performance in XW-40 lubricating oils,were compared.On this basis,a 20000 km road test was conducted for a CNG/gasoline bi-fuel taxi fleet with three different viscosity index improvers.Three different kinds of viscosity index improvers were added into the oils for a CNG/gasoline bi-fuel taxi fleet to conduct a 20000 km road test.The test results indicate that all test oils with the addition of these three kinds of viscosity index improvers have not yet reached the indicator for oil change:the one with HSD has a better low-temperature pumping viscosity retention;the one with semi-crystalline OCP has an obvious low-temperature pumping viscosity growth trend;of particular note is that test oil with amorphous OCP even shows a yield stress,which may cause pumping failure in cold regions after a long period.
