摘　　要：国内外制冷行业正朝着“环保”和“节能”两个方向快速发展。在环保型替代制冷剂的推广过程中,R600a制冷剂因具有更长远的环保优势,并且压缩机生产设备改造的成本低,在冰箱压缩机制造行业得到广泛的应用。选取高压加氢环烷基基础油,复配适宜的添加剂方案,使产品具有更好的抗磨损性能、与制冷剂共存时的化学稳定性特征,符合GB/T 16630-2012标准、DIN 51503-1、JIS K2211-2009的要求。满足冰箱压缩机制造企业特殊要求,通过国内知名压缩机企业台架性能测试及工业化应用。The Chinese and foreign refrigeration industry are developing rapidly towards environmental protection and energy conservation.In the promotion of environment-friendly alternative refrigerants,R600 a has been widely used in refrigeration compressor manufacturing industry because of its long-term environmental advantages and low cost of compressor manufacturing facilities renovation.Produced with high pressure hydrogenated naphthenic base oils,plus an appropriate additive mixing scheme,the product is given better wear resistance and higher chemical stability in coexistence with refrigerants and complies with requirements of GB/T 16630-2012,DIN 51503-1,and JIS K2211-2009.It satisfies the specific requirements of refrigeration compressor manufacturers,passed the bench performance tests of well-known Chinese compressor manufacturers and achieved the industrial application.
