摘 要:采用杠杆式四球摩擦磨损试验机研究了不同润滑油的抗磨损性能。采用扫描电子显微镜对不同润滑油试验后的试验件钢球磨痕表面形貌和表面膜的元素组成进行了分析,探讨了润滑油的抗磨损机制。结果表明:1.黏度大且硫/磷比适中的油品四球抗磨损性能较好。2.汽油机油中钼盐减摩剂在四球磨斑试验中可以降低磨斑直径、改善磨斑形貌。The anti-wear performance of a number of lubricants was investigated using a lever-type four-ball friction/wear tester.The surface morphology of the grinding marks on steel balls of the test piece and the elemental composition of the surface film were analyzed with a scanning electron microscope after testing with different lubricants,and the anti-wear mechanism of the lubricants was discussed.The results show that(1)lubricants with high viscosity and moderate sulfur/phosphorus ratio have good four-ball anti-wear performance,and(2)in the four-ball grinding spot test,the molybdenum salt friction-reducing agent in gasoline engine oil can reduce the size of grinding spots and improve their morphology.
