摘 要:车用发动机润滑油中抗氧剂的残留量是确定其换油期的重要影响因素之一,因而开发一种快速、便捷的抗氧剂含量检测方法对车用发动机油研究至关重要。建立微分脉冲伏安法检测车用发动机润滑油中抗氧剂类型、残留含量方法,继而评估其剩余寿命。结果表明:微分脉冲伏安法能同时有效对车用发动机润滑油中酚类抗氧剂T501、胺类抗氧剂T558和ZDDP型抗氧剂T205进行定性分析,能为配制性能优异的车用发动机润滑油提供一条参考途径;将3;车用润滑油加入到发动机中进行行车试验,检测出不同行驶里程下油样中抗氧剂的相对剩余含量,发现其随着行驶里程的增大在不断消耗,所采用的基于微分脉冲伏安法的抗氧剂含量消耗过程表征具有实用价值,能有效预测其剩余使用寿命。The residual content of antioxidant in automotive engine oil is one of the key factors to determine oil-change interval.Therefore,it is very important to develop a fast and convenient method to determine the content of antioxidant in automotive engine oil.This paper presents a method to determine the type and residual content of antioxidant in automotive engine oil by differential pulse voltammetry(DPV),and then evaluates its remaining service life.The study results show that DPV can effectively qualitatively analyze the phenolic antioxidant T501,amine antioxidant T558 and ZDDP antioxidant T205 in automotive engine oil at the same time to provide a valuable reference for the preparation of automotive engine oil with excellent performance.The driving test with 3#automotive engine oil added was conducted to determine the relative residual content of antioxidant in oil samples under different driving mileages.It is found that the antioxidant was continuously consumed with the increase of mileage.The DPV-based characterization of antioxidant consumption is of practical significance and can effectively predict the remaining service life of the automotive engine oil.
