摘　　要：【目的】运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗视疲劳的选穴规律。【方法】检索自建库至2021年7月1日中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)针灸治疗视疲劳的随机对照试验文献,建立针灸处方数据库,运用SPSS 20.0、SPSS Modeler 18.1软件进行统计分析,探究腧穴选用规律。【结果】共纳入46篇文献,37个腧穴,腧穴使用总频次279次。攒竹、太阳使用频次最高,常选用经脉为膀胱经、经外奇穴、胆经、胃经,头面颈项部腧穴使用较多,特定穴多使用交会穴。通过关联规则分析得到17组常用腧穴配伍,其中“攒竹-丝竹空”组合支持度最高。将使用频次≥5次的高频穴位进行聚类分析,最终得出3类结果。【结论】针灸治疗视疲劳的取穴具有一定的规律性,以局部用穴为主,同时以远端取穴辅助配合治疗。Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rules for acupuncture-moxibustion in the treatment of asthenopia by using data mining.Methods Randomized controlled trial literatures on acupuncture-moxibustion treatment for asthenopia were screened from the SinoMed,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP to establish acupuncturemoxibustion prescription database.SPSS 20.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.1 softwares were used for statistical analysis to explore the acupoint selection rules.Results A total of 46 articles with 37 acupoints were included,and the use frequency of acupoints was a total of 279 times.Cuanzhu(BL2)points and Taiyang points were the most often used,and the most frequently used meridians were the bladder meridians,the extra nerve meridians,the gallbladder meridian and the stomach meridian,with more acupoints used on the head,face and neck,and more specific points used as confluent acupoints.Seventeen groups of commonly used acupuncture point combinations were obtained by correlation rule analysis,of which the combination“Cuanzhu(BL2)-Sizhukong(SJ23)”had the highest support.High-frequency acupoints with a frequency of≥5 were clustered and analyzed,and finally three categories of results were obtained.Conclusion Acupuncture-moxibustion in treating asthenopia has a certain regularity,mainly with local acupoints,while the distal points are used to complement the treatment.
