祛疣方联合外用祛疣酊治疗扁平疣的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察祛疣方(主要由紫草、黄芩、马齿苋等组成)联合外用祛疣酊(主要由马齿苋、败酱草等组成)治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。【方法】将60例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予0.025%维A酸乳膏外用治疗,治疗组给予口服祛疣方联合外用祛疣酊治疗,疗程为4周。观察2组患者治疗前后皮疹评分(包括皮疹数目、大小、颜色和自觉瘙痒程度评分)的变化情况,评价2组患者的临床疗效及安全性。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为83.3%(25/30);组间比较,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的皮疹数目、大小、颜色、瘙痒程度评分及其总积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组的下降作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗过程中,2组患者均无明显不良反应情况发生,具有较高的安全性。【结论】祛疣方联合外用祛疣酊治疗扁平疣疗效确切,其疗效明显优于西药维A酸乳膏外用治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wart-removing Formula(a herbal compound prescription mainly composed of Radix Arnebiae seu Lithospermi,Radix Scutellariae,and Herba Portulacae)combined with external use of Wart-removing Tincture(mainly composed of Herba Portulacae and Herba Patriniae)for the treatment of flat warts.Methods Sixty patients with flat warts were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given 0.025%vitamin A acid cream for external use,and the treatment group was given oral use of Wart-removing Formula combined with external use of Wartremoving Tincture for 4 weeks.The rash scores of the rash quantity,rash size,rash color and pruritus degree in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%(28/30)and that in the control group was 83.3%(25/30).The intergroup comparison showed that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01).(2)After treatment,the scores of rash quantity,rash size,rash color and pruritus degree as well as the total rash scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on decreasing the rash scores in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions occurring in both groups,and a high safety was shown.Conclusion Wart-removing Formula combined with external use of Wart-removing Tincture exerts certain effect in treating flat warts,and thecurative effect is significantly superior to that of western medicine vitamin A acid cream for external use.
