养阴清肺法治疗燥热伤肺型喉源性咳嗽临床疗效观察

摘　　要：【目的】观察养阴清肺法治疗燥热伤肺型喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。【方法】将70例燥热伤肺型喉源性咳嗽患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组给予口服枸橼酸喷托维林片和氯雷他定片治疗,观察组给予养阴清肺中药治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候评分和咳嗽症状评分的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗2周后,观察组的总有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组为77.14%(27/35),组间比较,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的咳嗽症状评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的降低作用明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的咳嗽、咳痰、咽痒、口干咽燥、咽部异物感等各项中医证候评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】采用养阴清肺法治疗燥热伤肺型喉源性咳嗽疗效确切,其疗效优于枸橼酸喷托维林片联合氯雷他定片治疗。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of therapy of nourishing yin to clear lung for the treatment of laryngeal cough with dryness-heat impairing lung syndrome.Methods Seventy patients of laryngeal cough with dryness-heat impairing lung syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral use of pentoverine citrate tablets and loratadine tablets,and the observation group was given oral use of Chinese medicine with the actions of nourishing yin to clear lung.The course of treatment lasted for 2 weeks.The changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores and cough symptom scores were observed in the two groups before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was also evaluated.Results(1)After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35)and that of the control group was 77.14%(27/35).The intergroup comparison showed that the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,cough symptom scores in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering the scores in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes such as cough,expectoration,itching throat,dry mouth and throat,and foreign body sensation in the throat of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the effect on lowering the scores in the observation group was significantly superior to that in the control group,the differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapy of nourishing yin to clear lung exerts certain effect for the treatment of laryngeal cough with dryness-heat impairing lung syndrome,and its therape
