摘　　要：抑郁障碍具有临床症状复杂、共病多样、复发风险高、治疗难度大的特点。现阶段其治疗以“全病程、个体化、综合治疗”为原则。岭南司徒铃针灸流派的“整合针灸”观点包涵两层含义:一是以“肝气郁结-气郁化火-肝郁脾虚-气郁痰火-心胆失调-心肾不交”概括抑郁障碍及其共病躁狂、强迫障碍、焦虑障碍的病机演变过程;二是整合针刺、艾灸、中药等特色疗法技术参与抑郁障碍各病程的治疗,达到增效减毒及提高抗抑郁药物疗法和非药物疗法的疗效,为抑郁障碍及其共病的治疗提供新思路。Depressive disorder is characterized by complex clinical symptoms,multiple comorbidities,high risk of recurrence and great difficulty in treatment.At present,the treatment for depressive disorder is based on the principles of whole-course,individualized and comprehensive treatment.The integrative acupuncture and moxibustion of the Lingnan SITU Ling School of Acupuncture and Moxibustion encompasses two aspects of thoughts.Firstly,it contains the evolution of the pathogenesis of depressive disorders and their comorbidities of manic disorder,obsessive-compulsive disorders and anxiety disorders,which is summarized as the sequence of liver qi stagnation,stagnant qi transforming into fire,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,qi stagnation with phlegm fire,dysfunction of heart and gallbladder,and incoordination between heart and kidney.Secondly,integrative acupuncture and moxibustion integrates various special therapeutic techniques such as acupuncture,moxibustion,and Chinese herbal medicine for the treatment of depressive disorders at different stages,which can achieve the efficiency-enhancing and toxicity-reducing action,and enhance the efficacy of antidepressant medication and non-medication therapies.The thoughts of integrative acupuncture and moxibustion will provide new approach for the treatment of depressive disorders and its comorbidity.
