摘　　要：目的建立甘南地区长期居住藏族健康成人血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞(RBC)参考范围。方法选择2755例藏族健康成人为调查对象,男1236名,女1519名,年龄18~60岁。采用Sysmex XN-1000全自动血细胞分析仪检测Hb和RBC含量,并分析其结果。结果男性Hb和RBC检测平均水平均高于女性,差异有统计学意义(t=3.254、2.241,P均<0.05)。男性和女性的Hb和RBC检测平均水平均高于现行国家参考范围,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hb平均水平:男性(164.95±14.19)g/L、女性(143.3±13.39)g/L,其参考范围为男性137.14~192.76 g/L、女性117.11~169.30 g/L;RBC平均水平:男性(5.30±0.73)×10^(12)/L、女性(4.76±0.66)×10^(12)/L,其参考范围为男性(3.87~6.753)×10^(12)/L、女性(3.47~6.05)×10^(12)/L。结论甘南地区长期居住藏族健康成人Hb和RBC正常参考范围存在性别和年龄差异,并与现行国家参考范围存在差异,因此有必要建立本地区藏族健康人参考范围,能更精准地服务临床。Objective To establish a reference hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell(RBC)levels of the Tibetan healthy adult who were long-term residenced in Gannan area.Methods 2755 cases healthy adults(1236 male and 1519 female)in Gannan area were selected.The levels of Hb and RBC were detected by Sysmex XN-1000 fully automatic blood analyzer.Results The levels of Hb and RBC of men were significantly higher than those of women(all P<0.05).The level of Hb and RBC of men and women were significantly higher than those of the current national reference range(all P<0.05).The average level of Hb of male was(164.95±14.19)g/L and that of female was(143.3±13.39)g/L,with reference ranges of male of 137.14-192.76 g/L and female of 117.11-169.30 g/L.The average level of RBC male was(5.30±0.73)×10^(12)/L and female was(4.76±0.66)×10^(12)/L,with reference ranges of male of(3.87-6.753)×10^(12)/L and female of(3.47-6.05)×10^(12)/L.Conclusion s The normal reference ranges of Hb and RBC of healthy Tibetan adults living for a long time in Gannan area were different in gender and age,and were different from the current national reference ranges.Therefore,it was necessary to establish the reference range of Hb and RBC of healthy Tibetan people in this area in order to provide more accurate clinical services.
