摘　　要：人芽囊原虫是一种常见的可寄生在人和动物肠道内的寄生虫。人芽囊原虫呈世界性分布且动物宿主广泛。研究发现,人芽囊原虫与人类多种肠道疾病,如肠易激综合征、溃疡性结肠炎等密切相关,但具体机制尚不清楚。阐明人芽囊原虫感染在肠道疾病患者中的作用对于防治人芽囊原虫感染和肠道疾病等具有重要意义。本文综述了人芽囊原虫在肠道疾病患者中的流行情况及基因亚型,阐述了其相关机制,旨在为临床防治人芽囊原虫感染和肠道疾病提供参考。Blastocystis hominis is a common parasite that can be parasitized in the intestines of humans and animals.Blastocystis hominis is distributed all over the world and has a wide range of animal hosts.Studies have found that Blastocystis hominis is closely related to a variety of human intestinal diseases,such as irritable bowel syndrome,ulcerative colitis and so on,but the specific mechanism is not clear.Elucidating the role of Blastocystis hominis infection in patients with intestinal diseases is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of Blastocystis hominis infection and intestinal diseases.This paper reviews the prevalence and gene subtypes of Blastocystis hominis in patients with intestinal diseases,and expounds its related mechanism,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of Blastocystis hominis infection and intestinal diseases.
