摘　　要：目的分析15例曼氏裂头蚴病患者的临床特点,为该病的防治提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集2016年1月-2019年12月江苏省寄生虫病防治研究所确诊的15例曼氏裂头蚴病患者临床资料,并进行分析。结果15例曼氏裂头蚴病患者中,男8例,女7例。患者年龄3~61岁,平均年龄(34.0±19.6)岁。10例来自江苏省,5例来自其他省份。临床表现8例为单纯皮下结节,1例为腹腔感染伴皮下结节,3例为颅内感染,2例为腹腔感染,1例为肺部感染。因生食蛙肉感染者6例,生食蝌蚪感染者2例,有河水游泳、幼时捉蝌蚪、生食蛇胆、常年国外出差史者各1例,无明确感染原因者3例。11例患者采用手术取虫加吡喹酮口服治疗,4例患者根据感染部位不同给予不同剂量吡喹酮口服治疗,均取得较好的治疗效果。结论生食蛙肉、蝌蚪仍是感染曼氏裂头蚴的主要原因,应加强健康教育以提高群众自我防护意识。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of 15 cases of sparganosis mansoni,and provide references for the prevention and treatment of the disease.Method Retrospective investigation was conducted to collect and analyze the clinical data of 15 cases of sparganosis mansoni diagnosed by Jiangsu Institute of Parasitic Diseases from January 2016 to December 2019.Results Among the 15 cases,there were 8 males and 7 females.The patient was 3-61 years old,with an average age of(34.0±19.6)years.Ten cases were from Jiangsu province and five were from other provinces.Eight patients presented as simple subcutaneous nodules,three as intracranial infection,two as abdominal infection,one as abdominal infection with subcutaneous nodules,and one as pulmonary infection.There were 6 cases infected from raw frog meat,2 cases infected from raw tadpole,3 cases with no clear cause of infection.There were 1 case with the history of swimming in river,1 case with the history of catching tadpoles when young,1 case with the history of eating snake gallbladder,and 1 case with the history of traveling abroad all the year round.And 11 patients were treated with praziquantel,4 patients were treated with praziquantel,and 1 patient was treated with praziquantel and albendazole;all the 15 cases obtained good therapeutic effect.Conclusions Eating raw frog meat and tadpoles could be the main causes of metacercariae infection.Health education should be strengthened to improve people’s self-protection awareness.
