基于水资源条件-经济耦合协调关系的空间区划研究

摘  要:城镇化伴随了城市水资源问题的出现,并对区域经济发展造成一定影响。区域水资源条件与及经济状况通过相互作用,彼此影响,形成水资源条件-经济状况耦合协调关系。本文以泛珠三角九省133个地级市、自治州为研究对象,结合熵权法,运用耦合协调度模型,计算水资源条件-经济状况之间的耦合协调度;采用空间自相关分析,探究水资源条件-经济状况耦合协调度的空间自相关关系;基于水资源条件-经济状况耦合协调度,使用最大p区域问题方法,对泛珠三角九省133个区域单元进行新的区域划分。结果表明:(1)2018年泛珠三角九省133个区域单元水资源条件-经济状况耦合协调度,可以分为基本协调、濒临失调、失调三类;(2)泛珠三角九省133个区域单元耦合协调度总体表现为空间正相关关系,其中,既为“基本协调”地区且呈“高-高”集聚态势的地区,多集中在研究区域的东部;(3)利用最大p区域问题方法,可将泛珠三角九省133个区域单元划分为东部、中部与西部3个子分区,其中东部分区水资源条件-经济状况耦合协调度高于其他区域。Urbanization is accompanied by the urban water resources problems and has a certain impact on the economic development in cities.Water resources conditions and economic conditions interact with each other,and forming a coupling coordination relationship.The paper takes 133 prefectural-level cities and autonomous prefectures in nine provinces of the Pan Pearl River Delta as the research areas.The coordination relationship exists between water resources condition and economy was calculated by combining entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model(CCDM).Secondary,spatial autocorrelation analysis was used to analyse the spatial autocorrelation relationship of coupling coordination degree(CCD)of water resources conditions-economy in PPRD.Lastly,based on the CCD of water resource conditions and social conditions,the paper used the max-p-region problem method to divide the 9provinces of Pan Pearl River Delta region into a 3 new regions.The result shows:(1)In 2018,the CCD of water resources conditions-economy in 9 provinces of PPRD can be divided into three categories:generally coordination,nearly disorder and disorder;(2)The overall spatial autocorrelation relationship in 9 provinces of PPRD was positive correlation.The"primary coordination"areas with high-high agglomeration situation were mostly concentrated in the east of the study area;(3)By using max-p-region problem method,the research area can be re-divided into three subregions:the East,the Middle and the West,and the East had the CCD of water resources conditions-economy higher than other areas.
