广州小北地区穆斯林餐厅的发展研究

摘　　要：本文以广州市小北地区的穆斯林餐厅为研究对象,采用文献调查法和实地调研访谈的研究方法,综合利用多层次人群的访谈结果以及相关研究成果,研究分析了小北地区穆斯林餐厅的发展状况。作者认为:深远的穆斯林文化底蕴是广州小北地区穆斯林餐厅发展的历史原因;非洲商人大量进入该地区其重要发展原因,穆斯林社区的渐趋形成提供了后续发展的动力。This article takes Muslim restaurants in the Xiaobei area of Guangzhou as the research object,and uses the literature survey method and field research interview research method to comprehend the interview results of multi-level crowds and the research results of relevant scholars.This article study and analyze the historical reasons for distribution,important development reasons,and future development prospects of the Muslim restaurant clusters in the Xiaobei area.The profound Muslim cultural heritage in Guangzhou is a historical reason.The large number of African businessmen entering the area is an important development reason.The gradual formation of Muslim communities has provided force for subsequent development.
