摘 要:世界各国在海洋领域内的竞争,无论是政治的、经济的还是军事的,归根到底是科技的竞争。同空间技术一样,深海技术是人类面向未来、拓展生存空间的高技术领域。近年来,越来越多的国家将发展深海技术提升到国家战略高度,人类探索深海的活动愈加频繁。如何保障深海活动安全,提升中国深海应急处置能力,是深海救捞面临的新问题。文章对深海救捞技术的定义与组成进行了简明介绍,对国内外深海救捞处置案例和相关技术的现状进行综合分析,对深海救捞技术体系进行归纳和总结,并对深海救捞关键技术和核心装备的研究方向与未来发展提出建议。The competition among countries in the marine field, whether political, economic or military, is essentially the competition of science and technology. The competition of marine science and technology focuses on deep-sea high-tech. In recent years,more and more countries have raised the development of deep-sea technology to a national strategic level and increased the activities to explore the deep sea. How to ensure the safety of deep-sea activities and improve the deep-sea emergency response capability is a new problem facing China’s deep-sea salvage. This paper comprehensively analyzes the cases and related technologies of deep-sea salvage at home and abroad, summarizes the technical system of deep-sea salvage, and prospects the future development of related fields.
