摘　　要：本文从网络金融定义出发,依据网络金融发展现状深入剖析网络金融监管过程中存在的问题,并且对这些问题进行深入探讨,结合先进的网络技术以及优秀的网络金融监管制度,提出相关问题的标准化解决措施,旨在推动相关网络金融监管制度的建立,以及完善相适配的法律体系。Starting from the definition of online finance,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of online financial supervision according to the current situation of online financial development,and conducts in-depth discussions on these problems.Combined with advanced network technology and excellent online financial supervision system,it proposes standardized solutions to related problems.The measures are aimed at promoting the establishment of relevant online financial supervision systems and improving the appropriate legal system.
