摘　　要：贸易摩擦是对经济全球化的一种挑战。有关1959—1973年英国对苏联石油进口禁令的研究,国内学者迄今没有涉及,国外学者仅进行了一些初步研究,诸多问题有待继续探索。英国政府于1959年4月出台了对苏联石油的进口禁令。从此,两国政府时常进行石油贸易谈判,但是一直没有取得进展。直到1973年4月英苏贸易会谈后,英国于6月底取消了对苏联石油的进口禁令。该禁令维护了英国石油企业在英国市场上的垄断利益,但对英国产生了深远的不利影响。Trade friction is a challenge to economic globalization.Studies on British embargo on Soviet oil imports from 1959 to 1973 have not been covered by domestic scholars so far,and only some preliminary studies have been conducted by foreign scholars,so many questions remain to be explored.The British government introduced a ban on the import of Soviet oil in April 1959.Since then,the two governments had held oil trade talks from time to time,but no progress had been made.The ban on Soviet oil imports was lifted at the end of June,following the Anglo-Soviet trade talks in April 1973.The ban preserved the monopoly interests of British oil companies in the UK market,but had far-reaching adverse effects on the UK.
