摘  要:目的探讨放射性药物在临床诊断和治疗中的应用,并总结最近研究进展。方法应用PubMed及中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)检索系统,以“放射性药物、同位素药物、正电子发射型计算机断层显像、单光子发射计算机断层成像术、肿瘤靶向治疗”为中文关键词,以"radiopharmaceuticals,isotope drugs、positron emission computed tomography、Single-photon emission computed tomography、tumor targeted therapy"为英文关键词,检索1990-01-01-2022-04-30的相关文献。纳入标准:放射性药物最新临床试验;放射性药物研发进展。排除标准:会议摘要、中文学位论文等非正式发表文献。最终共纳入文献49篇。结果放射性药物在临床诊断和治疗中已有着广泛应用,诊断用放射性药物发展十分迅速,与之配合的SPECT和PET技术已经投入应用,对于肿瘤等疾病的早期诊断和发现有着重要作用。在临床诊断中配合新型CT技术的放射性药物正在不断地研发,在临床治疗中α核素放射性药物等新型药物的出现也为癌症等疾病治疗提供了新思路。结论放射性药物的研发对于肿瘤等疾病诊断和治疗有着重要意义,在早期诊断、杀灭损伤细胞和临床医学成像等领域发挥不可忽视的作用。Objective To investigate the use of radiopharmaceuticals in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and to summarize the recent research progress.Methods Databases such as PubMed and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure were used with"radiopharmaceuticals,isotope drugs,positron emission computed tomography,single photon emission computed tomography,and tumor targeted therapy"as the keywords.The related papers from January 1,1990 to April 30,2022 were retrieved.Inclusion criteria:latest clinical trial of radiopharmaceutical;advances in radiopharmaceutical development.Exclusion criteria:paper published informally from conference abstracts,academic papers in Chinese,etc.A total of 49 articles were finally included for review.Results Radiopharmaceuticals have been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment,and radiopharmaceuticals that cooperate with novel CT techniques in clinical diagnosis are being constantly developed and used in clinical treatment.The emergence of new drugs such asαnuclide radiopharmaceuticals also provides new ideas for the treatment of diseases such as cancer.Conclusion The development of radiopharmaceuticals is significant for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as tumors.It plays an important role in early diagnosis,damaged-cell killing and clinical medical imaging.
