摘　　要：氢气是石化企业重要的高价值产品,但生产过程复杂,并产生大量碳排放。中国石化齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂干气提纯装置副产的尾气中氢气含量高,若能进行回收,将带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。通过对比分析各种技术回收路线的优缺点和经济性,为投资决策提供依据,并为类似项目提供参考。Hydrogen is an important high-value product for petrochemical companies,but its production process is complex and significant carbon emissions is generated.Tail gas from the dry gas purification unit of Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company has high hydrogen content.If it can be recovered,significant economic and social benefits will be achieved.By comparing and analyzing the advantages&disadvantages and economy of various technical recovery routes,basis for the investment decision is provided,and references for similar projects were put forth.
