社会支持对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者的社会支持和生活质量的关系,用以指导临床护理实践,提高患者的生活质量。方法:采用问卷法,应用RA患者生活质量量表和社会支持量表对60例RA患者的生活质量及社会支持进行调查,并对两者的关系进行统计学分析。结果:RA患者的生活质量偏低,社会支持与生活质量各维度之间呈显著正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:RA患者的社会支持是影响生活质量的重要因素,护士在临床实践中应尽可能调动社会支持系统,发挥社会支持系统作用,以提高患者的生活质量。Objective: To study the relationship between social support and the quality of life of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) in order to guide clinical nursing practice and improve the quality of life of patients with RA.Methods: QOL scale and social support scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the quality of life of patients with RA and social support,the relationship was analyzed statistically.Results: The patients with RA had poor quality of life and positive correlation were significant between social support and the dimensions of quality of life(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion: Social support is the important factor affecting the quality of life of patients with RA.Nurses should pay much attention to the social support for the patients in clinical practice so as to improve QOL of patients with RA.
