结肠镜辅助下结直肠息肉切除术的临床效果及对患者术后疼痛、胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察结肠镜辅助下结直肠息肉切除的临床效果。方法90例结直肠息肉患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用结肠镜下结直肠息肉切除治疗,观察组采用盐酸达克罗宁局部喷洒联合结肠镜辅助下结肠息肉切除治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、术后并发症、疼痛及胃肠功能。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(91.11%,71.11%,P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(6.67%,24.44%,P<0.05)。两组术后疼痛程度均呈明显下降趋势,术后第4天疼痛评分明显低于同组术后第1天(P<0.05)。两组同时间段内VAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用盐酸达克罗宁局部喷洒联合结肠镜辅助下结肠息肉切除,临床效果优于结肠镜下结直肠息肉切除,患者术后并发症发生率低,疼痛改善明显,胃肠功能恢复良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of colonoscopy-assisted colorectal polypectomy.Methods 90 patients with colorectal polyps were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with colonoscopy and colorectal polypectomy.The observation group was treated with topical spray of dyclonine hydrochloride combined with colonoscopy.The treatment effects,postoperative complications,pain and gastrointestinal function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(91.11%,71.11%,P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(6.67%,24.44%,P<0.05).The postoperative pain degree of both groups showed a significant downward trend.The pain score on the 4th postoperative day was significantly lower than that on the 1st postoperative day(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The first anus exhaust time and the first defecation time in the observation group were earlier than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Colonic polypectomy with colonoscopy assisted by topical spray of dyclonine hydrochloride is superior to colonoscopy for colorectal polypectomy.The postoperative complication rate is low,pain is improved,and gastrointestinal function is well restored.
