摘  要:在某铝厂400 kA电解槽上进行了深度节能低碳复合阴极技术开发和工业试验,通过采用石墨化阴极炭块结合加铜钢棒,深挖阴极组结构设计和生铁浇铸工艺管控优化潜能,并进行有针对性的升级配套内衬热平衡设计,显著提高了铝电解槽磁流体稳定性,使铝液水平电流和阴极压降双重大幅降低,为电解槽在超低极距和超低电压下稳定运行、更长“健康寿命”创造条件。采用该技术的试验槽启动后运行稳定,取得了良好的工艺技术指标,表现出明显的节能优势。The Extra Green Composite Cathode Technology development and industrial tests were carried out on 400 kA aluminum reduction cell in an aluminum smelter.By applying the graphitized cathode carbon blocks combined with copper insert steel bars,this study introduced the optimization potential of cathode assembly design,pig iron casting process control and the upgrade of supporting lining heat balance design,which significantly improve the MHD stability of the aluminum reduction cell,obtain the double significant reduction of horizontal current in metal pad and cathode voltage drop.This technology also creates precondition for the stable operation of the cell under ultra-lower anode-cathode distance(ACD)and ultra-lower cell voltage to achieve a longer"healthy life".The pilot cell applied this technology works stably after startup,obtains very positive technical indicators and shows obvious energy-saving advantages.
